We have been instructed by the PSAC to circulate a petition for the next round of bargaining. If the TC Group (EG, DD, GT, TI)) does not get at least 10% of the members signatures for arbitration, then the route the TC group will take would be conciliation for the next round. If the TC Group does get 10% of signatures in favour of arbitration then the next stage of the process would be for all TC Group members to vote on the dispute route, Arbitration or Conciliation. The deadline date for the petition is January 22 2010. The local executives will be visiting our buildings in the New Year to circulate the petition. More...

The Local will cover meals ($25) only if you are a full member and you must confirm your attendance by e-mail to Jennifer Cunningham by January 8th.
