Members please note : the documentation for the AGM will be presented on a projector; therefore no paper documents will be needed/provided. Furthermore, if you wish to add an item to Member Concerns (Agenda Item 8), please submit by e-mail to Jennifer Cunningham by January 8th. The Local will cover meals ($25) only if you are a full member and you must confirm your attendance by e-mail to Jennifer Cunningham by January 10th. For accountability reasons alcoholic beverages must be paid separately by members. Door prizes will include 2 Ipod Nanos.
