Members please note : the documentation for the AGM will be presented on a projector; therefore no paper documents will be needed/provided. Furthermore, if you wish to add an item to Member Concerns (Agenda Item 8), please submit by e-mail to Jennifer Cunningham by January 8th. The Local will cover meals ($25) only if you are a full member and you must confirm your attendance by e-mail to Jennifer Cunningham by January 8th. For accountability reasons alcoholic beverages must be paid separately by members.

Please note : Proposed By-Laws and 2009 AGM Minutes will only be provided in English because the executive committee feels that translation should only be done when items are approved. The current approved By-Laws will be provided in both languages.
